Pet Policy

To Our Dog Owners,
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends to El Western. We have many years of experience with traveling dogs, and for this reason, we ask your cooperation in abiding by the following requirements.

Never leave your pet alone in the cabin, in the car or tied up outside.
If you need information on kenneling your dog for the day, contact the office for referrals. A minimum additional service fee of $200 per day will be added to your charges for disregarding this policy.  We do not make exceptions to this requirement.

Always clean up after your dog. Any mowed area of our resort is for the general enjoyment of all our guests and must be kept “deposit” free. We have all the necessary equipment in the office and trash cans are located outside the north wall of the office.

Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

Make sure your pet is under control at all times. If you choose to let your dog run off-leash, please be confident it will respond to voice commands. It is especially important to keep your dog away from other guests who may not be comfortable with dogs.

Pet towels are available at the office. If you find your pet is in need of a wash or clean paws, let us know. We have hoses and plenty of towels available for your use.

Pet Fee: $20.00 per dog per night – limit 2 dogs. Max weight of 85 lbs.

Overall Policies

Creekside Cabins
Deposit Payment: A one night deposit including tax is required at the time the reservation is made, the balance is due one week prior to arrival.  No refunds are made for early departure or late arrival – you are responsible for all nights booked. Cancelation Policy, notice must be given 14 days in advance for a refund of your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee.

Mountainside Cabins
Deposit Payment: A one night deposit including tax is required at the time the reservation is made, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Mountainside cabin deposits are non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancelation Policy, notice must be given 30 days in advance for a refund of your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds are made for early departure or late arrival - you are responsible for all nights booked.

Lodges and Groups
Deposit Payment: A one night per room deposit including tax is required at the time the reservation is made, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.   Lodge and Group deposits are non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancelation Policy, notice must be given 30 days in advance for a refund of your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds are made for early departure or late arrival - you are responsible for all nights booked.

Check-out: anytime before 10:00 AM
Office Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Guests may arrive after office hours - please contact us for information on easy contactless check-in procedure.
